Artificial intelligence (AI) is another game-changer in the e-commerce space. From personalized product recommendations to chatbots providing 24/7 customer service, AI is revolutionizing how online retailers interact with their customers. In 2024, 83% of businesses are expected to invest in AI technology, recognizing its potential to enhance customer experiences and streamline operations[1].


Sustainability has also become a key focus for many e-commerce businesses. Consumers are increasingly conscious of the environmental impact of their purchases, leading retailers to adopt more eco-friendly practices.
